PLEASE NOTE:
Conference registration is $425.00, which includes breakfast all 3 days, lunch Wednesday and banquet dinner Thursday. Guests are welcome to attend the dinner banquet. Please attach a check for $80.00 made payable to “OBI” for each guest attending the banquet.
DIRECTIONS:
FROM THE AIRPORT (3.1 Miles)
Boston Logan International Airport
122 Harborside Drive, East Boston MA 02128
Driving: Get on I-90 from Transportation Way, turn left onto the Ted Williams Tunnel Ramp to I-90W/I-93 (*this is a toll road).
Continue on I-90W to Congress Street, take the exit toward South Boston, keep right at the fork and merge onto Congress. Follow Congress for 0.4 miles then turn left onto Anchor Street. Aloft will be on the left-hand side.
Drive time 8-10 minutes depending on traffic
TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT:
The Hotel does not have an airport shuttle service

TAKING UBER OR LYFT FROM BOSTON LOGAN INTERNAL AIRPORT (BOS) (10 -15 minute drive)
Wait until you have collected your bags before calling Uber or Lyft.
Open your app to request a ride
- When you have collected your luggage from the carousel, open the Uber app to request a ride to your destination. Choose the BOS airport transportation option that suits your group size and luggage needs.
Exit from the baggage claim area and follow signs for Central Parking to the area marked “Drop off-Pick up”

- Your driver’s name, license plate, and car color will show in the app. Verify your ride before you get in. If you can’t find your driver, contact them through the app.
- Let the driver know what terminal/sign you are standing near to avoid confusion
- ·Uber/Lyft will cost $24 - $33 depending on vehicle type/peak hour traffic
RENTAL CARS AT BOS AIRPORT
Each of the rental car companies at BOS offers courtesy shuttles to their offices, which are located on airport property. Catch the shuttle bus for your rental car company at the Rental Car shuttle stops outside bag claim at your respective terminal
TAXI SERVICE ( 10 -15 minute drive)
There are a number of taxi services in the Boston area, however the hotel recommends the three companies noted below. You can call them or some of them have online ordering. Please check the reviews of the service before ordering.
We checked the rates (as of March 2023) of the three taxi services listed below, traveling from BOS Airport to Aloft Seaport. (This is not an endorsement of any taxi services). Taxis are available at each terminal on arrival level except terminal C where taxis are located on the ground level of Central Parking

Mass Bay Transit - Silver Line (SL1 or SL3) 9 min ride followed by .04 mile walk to hotel
This service is free. It departs from Terminal A
Take SL1-SL3 to Silver Line Way. Walk southwest on Silver Line Way toward D Street. Turn right on D street. Then turn left onto Haul Road, follow back to D street and turn right. Follow to Anchor Street and turn left onto hotel property (property is on the corner od D Street/Anchor.
Limousine Service available from a variety of limo companies. Reservations must be made in advance of arrival. The cost ranges from $30 - $50 per person. You can check services/ rates and book rides through www.bestbostonlimos.com. or www.aslbostonlimo.net. There is a limo stand at each terminal.
- Terminal A- lot across from curb at arrivals (lower level)
- Terminal B – Level 1 of the terminal B parking garage
- Terminal C - Ground level of Central Parking area
- Terminal E - lot across from curb at arrivals (lower level)
HOTEL PARKING
Aloft Boston Seaport offer surface parking in a 150-space lot adjacent to the hotel and is offered by valet only. The cost is $50 per day which is added to your bill at check out. There is limited, temporary street parking in front of the hotel for drop-off and pick-up.
