PLEASE NOTE:
Conference registration is $450.00, which includes breakfast all 3 days, lunch Wednesday and banquet dinner Thursday. Guests are welcome to attend the dinner banquet. Please attach a check for $80.00 made payable to “OBI” for each guest attending the banquet.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT:
The Hotel does not have an airport shuttle service and recommends ride share (Uber/Lyft) to get to the hotel.

TAKING UBER OR LYFT FROM SAN ANTONIO AIRPORT (SAT) (15-20 minute drive)

Wait until you have collected your bags before calling Uber or Lyft.

Open your app to request a ride

• When you have collected your luggage from the carousel, open the Uber app to request a ride to your destination. Choose the BOS airport transportation option that suits your group size and luggage needs.

Exit from the baggage claim area to the outer commercial curbside, lower level of Terminal A.

• Your driver’s name, license plate, and car color will show in the app. Verify your ride before you get in. If you can’t find your driver, contact them through the app.
• Uber/Lyft will cost  $20 - $50 depending on vehicle type/peak hour traffic

TAXI FROM SAT AIRPORT
Taxi cabs are available at the outer commercial curbside at Terminal A. For assistance, please see the Airport Ground Transportation employee (wearing red shirt). Fares to San Antonio downtown areas start at $24 – $29 (U.S.) per taxi cab. (Up to 6 may share a cab, if both luggage and passengers fit safely.)

RENTAL CARS AT SAT AIRPORT
Car rental counters are located in the lobby of our Consolidated Car Rental Facility. Take the elevator or escalator to the Mezzanine Level in Terminal B and cross the Sky Bridge.

HOTEL PARKING
Hotel parking is $45+ tax per 24 hours with in/out privileges and $19, inclusive of tax for event/day parking.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (BUS)
VIA Metropolitan Transit is San Antonio’s public transportation agency offering service throughout the city including service within the downtown area.

Downtown from the Airport:

Go to the Lower Roadway (Arrivals/Baggage Level in Terminal A and B), across the marked crosswalk to the outer curb.

VIA’s bus stop will be located on the far West end of Terminal B, clearly marked on the column.

You will board the VIA bus route 5, which operates every day*, and can get to beautiful downtown San Antonio in about 30 minutes for only $1.30**
